At Radiance Energy Healing, your privacy and energetic sovereignty are of the utmost importance. All sessions are held in a sacred, confidential container where your experiences, emotions, and insights are deeply respected.

To support your continued growth and integration, you have the option to have your session audio recorded and transcribed using a secure third-party service (such as Otter.ai). This allows both you and your practitioner to reflect on and remember your session, provide personalized summaries, and track the evolution of your healing journey.

What You Can Expect:

Recordings are used solely for your remembrance and by your practitioner for documentation, insight, and follow-up.
Your voice and content will never be shared publicly, sold, or distributed in any form.
Transcriptions are stored securely on a private cloud service and accessible only to your practitioner.
You may request a copy of your session summary, transcript, or have your recording deleted at any time.

Your Consent Matters:

Participation in recorded sessions is entirely optional. You may choose to:

Give consent for recording and transcription
Decline recording and enjoy a fully off-the-record session
Revoke your consent at any time, even mid-session
