Manifesting is both art & science. The Law of Manifestation has many basic principles and the key is to combine all of them with an open mind and heart. It does often require that we take a step out of our comfort zone to create what we desire. But much of the magic occurs as a result of our positive focus and being gratefully, happily expecting of what we want. Here are some key principles to get you started.
Be clear about what you want. The more specific you can be about what you want to manifest, the easier it will be for the universe to deliver it to you. For example, instead of saying "I want a new car," say "I want a grey BMW X3 with a moon roof, heated seats, anthracite trim, & backup camera; 1-3 years old". Go into even more detail than that if you can. Have fun with it! Don't negotiate against yourself in this process.
Believe that you can have it. If you don't believe that you can have what you want, an energetic block will occur and the universe will not be able to deliver it. Your sense of deserving is of key importance. It is important to know that the universe wants you to have what you want. You would not have this desire if it were not possible. Have faith in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals.
Take action. While manifestation is a powerful tool, it is not a magic wand. You still need to take action towards your goals. This could, and very often does, involve doing something outside of your comfort zone! Follow your hunches and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Let go of attachment. Once you have set your intention and taken action, it is important to let go of attachment to the outcome. This means not worrying about how or when your manifestation will come to pass. Instead, focus on living your life in the present moment and trusting that the universe will deliver what you want when you are ready for it.
Use visualization. Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you to create a clear picture of your desired outcome. Close your eyes and imagine yourself already having what you want. Feel the emotions and sensations of having it, and see yourself using it or experiencing it.
Use affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself on a regular basis. They help to reprogram your subconscious mind and create a belief that your desired outcome is possible.
Meditate. Meditation will help quiet your mind and focus on your intentions. It can help you connect to your intuition and receive guidance from your higher self and divine source.
Surround yourself with positive people. The people you spend time with have a big impact on your thoughts and beliefs. Surround yourself with positive people who believe in you and your ability to achieve your goals.
Be grateful. Gratitude is a powerful practice that can help to attract more good into your life. When you focus on the good, the good gets better. What you appreciate expands. When you feel grateful for what you already have, you open yourself up to receiving more.
